Range of motion is the distance and direction your joints can move, while mobility is the ability to move without restriction. At Fitnacle, we understand the importance of flexibility fitness and have the right facilities to help you achieve that. Our teachers and coaches guide our clients through carefully designed exercises to help them push through the restrictions of the muscles and joint. We also apply different techniques of Myofascial Release and massage therapy to ease tensed and sore muscles.
